In excess of fifty-first chair jury trials during over twenty-five years as a trial attorney representing plaintiffs, defendants, insurers, business entities, health care providers and governmental entities.  Three years as a university instructor and ten years occupying corporate offices and as corporate counsel.  Over ten years as a neutral in arbitration (1500+ cases) and mediations (4000+ cases) of litigated and pre-litigation disputes, with over 400 hours of training in dispute resolution.  Continuing education lecturer and trainer for numerous alternative dispute resolution training programs, including American Arbitration Association, American Academy of Attorney Mediators, Attorney Mediators Institute, A.A. White Dispute Resolution Institute, Professional Attorney Mediators, JAMS Endispute and Resolute Systems, Inc.  Judge for numerous law student ADR competitions, including ABA National, University of Houston and South Texas College of Law.
